Low initial investment, short construction period
Working on standard compressor, so initial investment is lower and lead-time is shorter. Due to low operating pressure, Chinese make expansion turbine is also working well, more economical, simpler operation and maintenance.
Low power consumption
Compared to traditional normal process, the specific power consumption is more or less the same when total liquid capacity is around 3000Nm3/h. it is even lower obviously when total liquid capacity is smaller than 3000Nm3/h and hydrogen-free rectified argon is required.
Liquid plant by this patent process can not only produce liquid products, but some pressured gas products simultaneously as well, especially some high purity pressured gas nitrogen (~10barg). Such product configuration is very attractive to end users, especially those who will delivery nitrogen through pipeline. Liquid plant by this patent process is showing its better exclusive advantages when some IC (internal compressed) products and pressured gas nitrogen are required simultaneously.

By this patent process, the plant can start delivery of liquid products at rated purity within 6 hours from the startup.
Simple operation and maintenance
Liquid plant by this patent process also features on simple operation, low maintenance cost due to simple structure, few inter-conditioned equipment, low operating pressure and etc.
Through special design, cold boxes with capacity less than 200TP can be assembled into several major sections before delivery. That is to say all internal components will have been installed onto the cold box before delivery. Compared to pieces delivery and local assembly by professional installation contractor, our mode of delivery can save much installation cost and time, and will also insure the reliability of the whole system.
